I am Falk Welker, a Qigong teacher and health coach specializing in holistic body training as a form of self-therapy.
I love sharing my vision of floating movements and spreading the passion for movement as medicine. Through conscious breathing and mindful movements, we can release tension in our body and mind, increase our energy flow, and enhance our mobility and flexibility to new levels.

Qi and Mindfullnes
Qi, Prāṇa, or Mana - in German, translated as Lebenskraft - allows us to act with power and intuition. When we are in a state of flow, everything starts to make sense, and everything works out for us. It always unfolds in the best case scenario.
How can we strengthen our life force ?
Any awareness practice, such as Qi-gong, yoga, breathwork or meditation, can make a beautiful difference in the quality of our emotional state.
Being playful and integrating regular physical activity into our daily routine will Increasing our energy levels.
How powerful is it to spend some hours in the forest? How activating is a bath in a wild, fresh ocean? Does it make sense that we are here to to be alive, to learn, to heal, to forgive? To live the life we want to live?
